To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
All content on the Platform, including workshop materials, assessment tools, reports, and branding, is the intellectual property of ARVDIA Sdn Bhd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Certain programmes and certifications require payment. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable unless specified in the programme terms.
ARVDIA provides ESG assessments and advisory services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy, ESG scores and reports are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for business or investment decisions. ARVDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
